Job Description
As a Senior HR Consultant at Leadworth Consulting Limited, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact HR solutions to our clients. You will work closely with organizations across various industries to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic HR consulting services to clients across different sectors
• Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments and HR audits
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Lead training and development programs for client organizations
• Manage employee relations and performance management systems
• Provide guidance on compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Collaborate with clients to develop recruitment and retention strategies
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for client presentations
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR consulting experience in a professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Requirements
